116th Street Between Manhattan and Morningside Ave.

On the 4th of July, there is serious barbequing in Harlem. Shouldn’t this thing be pumping oil out of the ground or something.

I walked by this thing – incredible. I figured there would be a line of cows nearby.

Its odd that all of these people are “poor” and therefore get subsidized or free housing, free groceries/ EBT/ food lines / free summer meals, reduced or free transportation and metrocards, free medical care in city hospitals, even free Lifeline cell phone service now, and yet they have money for real pit BBQs, dirt bikes, firecrackers, $10 cigarettes, liquor, and heroin.
